We upgrade iCIS to the latest version and migrate the solution directly to the new environment without any adjustments to integration flows or scenarios.

The new environment can be Cloud, On-premise, or a combination of both (Hybrid). The Upgrade & Move option does not take any new technical requirements associated with the changed environment into account. To ensure a smooth transition, you must ensure that the older iCore systems are accessible from the new target environment.
