Moogio become more efficient with new integration solution

With iCore, Moogio has an integration solution that connects their website with the ERP (SAP). Purchases are then automated in the ERP. These processes help the company save time and become more efficient.

- Our orders go directly into the ERP, which saves us time and speeds up the sales process, says Johan Palmér, CEO of Moogio.

Moogio is the Nordic region's leading store chain for customized sun protectors. The company has been around for over 60 years and has a range of, among other things, awnings, curtains and blinds. With the help of their expertise, each product is tailored to the customers' needs and requests.

When they first contacted iCore, they wanted to connect their ERP with their Nordic websites, moogio.se and moogio.dk, to automate the process of information requests and orders between the web and the ERP.

- iCore built a solution for us and once the new system was ready to be implemented, it went very quickly. From one day to the next, we had a completely new solution, says Johan Palmér.

With the help of iCore Cloud Services, Moogio gets better control over its business flow. The requests that come to the website now go directly to SAP. All data is stored in the cloud, which makes it easier to do follow-ups and analysis.

- As a retail company, we put a lot of resources into marketing. We try to reach out to potential customers, but in the past we have not had any clear follow-up regarding that work. With iCore's solution, we get a better overview of activities that take place on the website.

At Moogio, the new integration platform has been used since May 2022, but the collaboration goes back longer than that. iCore also assist with advice and expertise.

- We get consulting help from iCore, which facilitates the work of both developing and learning how the system works. It is appreciated. We are very satisfied with the collaboration so far.
